An applicant would ideally have previous galactic warfare experience or knowledge of the command structure of multiple spacefaring vessel's in environments such as EVE Online.
Other desirable qualifications are irl (in real life) Military experience or extensive historical knowledge in the logistics of mechanised warfare.
